- Nexoryx Interactive ("we", "us", "our") strives to ensure your satisfaction with our VR development services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
- All services are provided on a project basis with customized scope and pricing. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms below.
- If you have paid a deposit or upfront fee for a project, and we have not yet commenced work, you may be eligible for a full refund minus any administrative fees.
- Once work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable because it covers initial planning, design, and resource allocation.
- For milestone-based projects, each milestone payment is earned upon completion and acceptance of that milestone. No refunds will be issued for completed milestones.
- If you cancel a project after work has started but before completion, you will be invoiced for the work completed up to the cancellation date, and any remaining balance will be refunded.
- We offer a 14-day satisfaction period for completed deliverables. If you are not satisfied with the final product, we will work with you to make reasonable revisions at no additional cost.
- If after reasonable attempts we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you may request a partial refund proportional to the unfinished or unsatisfactory portion of the work.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email within 14 days of project completion. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
- Third-party costs (such as software licenses, asset purchases, or subcontractor fees) are non-refundable once incurred.
- We do not offer refunds for change requests or additional features added after the project scope has been agreed upon.
- If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact us immediately and we will investigate and correct any mistakes.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine that the issue is due to user error, failure to provide necessary materials, or breach of contract by the client.
- For ongoing subscription-based services (if applicable), refunds will be prorated based on the unused portion of the subscription term.
- Any refunds granted are at the sole discretion of Nexoryx Interactive and do not constitute a waiver of our rights.
- This Refund Policy applies only to services purchased directly from us. Third-party purchases are subject to their own policies.
