Refund Policy

  1. Nexoryx Interactive ("we", "us", "our") strives to ensure your satisfaction with our VR development services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
  2. All services are provided on a project basis with customized scope and pricing. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms below.
  3. If you have paid a deposit or upfront fee for a project, and we have not yet commenced work, you may be eligible for a full refund minus any administrative fees.
  4. Once work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable because it covers initial planning, design, and resource allocation.
  5. For milestone-based projects, each milestone payment is earned upon completion and acceptance of that milestone. No refunds will be issued for completed milestones.
  6. If you cancel a project after work has started but before completion, you will be invoiced for the work completed up to the cancellation date, and any remaining balance will be refunded.
  7. We offer a 14-day satisfaction period for completed deliverables. If you are not satisfied with the final product, we will work with you to make reasonable revisions at no additional cost.
  8. If after reasonable attempts we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you may request a partial refund proportional to the unfinished or unsatisfactory portion of the work.
  9. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email within 14 days of project completion. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
  10. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
  11. Third-party costs (such as software licenses, asset purchases, or subcontractor fees) are non-refundable once incurred.
  12. We do not offer refunds for change requests or additional features added after the project scope has been agreed upon.
  13. If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact us immediately and we will investigate and correct any mistakes.
  14. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine that the issue is due to user error, failure to provide necessary materials, or breach of contract by the client.
  15. For ongoing subscription-based services (if applicable), refunds will be prorated based on the unused portion of the subscription term.
  16. Any refunds granted are at the sole discretion of Nexoryx Interactive and do not constitute a waiver of our rights.
  17. This Refund Policy applies only to services purchased directly from us. Third-party purchases are subject to their own policies.
